Here is a little Thanksgiving memory from Plumb:
“Every year we have an early breakfast (at our church with all of our church family) at 7 am on Thanksgiving Day and take an annual picture. We’ve never missed a year of it, even when my husband and I were dating. Where we eat lunch or dinner varies year to year but we like to always involve people who don’t have a family to spend it with, no matter where we are, but sweet potatoes are a necessity. The day after Thanksgiving we always go to the same farm and get a real tree as a family and pick out our ornaments for the year. Hot cider is always involved! We send our best wished for a blessed holiday to each of you”. Plumb
